Ugandan number one promoter, Promoter Rafael real name Ayesiga Rafael has set history being the first Ugandan promoter to hit one million followers in the history of internet.

The CEO of Tooro TV who doubles as the boss of Agakagwawo Media, Rafael is a digital expert, social media influencer and a music promoter.
