The Executive director of Kampala Capital City Authority, Dorothy Kissaka has launched Kampala Smart City initiative.
This initiative will involve improvements in garbage collection and management around the city.
It will also involve round the clock garbage collection and better enforcement of regulations against littering and garbage dumping.
