Police in Kampala have arrested over 15 notorious criminals who operate around Kalungi plaza& Galiraya.
These thugs have been confirmed to be the ones who pickpocket, snatch bags, watches, mobile phones and many more.
Those arrested include city rat, city dog, Hassan & others. They are currently being held at Kampala Central Police station.
